Christmas Eve
Arrive in plenty of time to settle into your rooms and set out to explore the market town of Keswick for last minute Christmas shopping! Our restaurant will be open all day for those who would like to dine with with us, after which we hope you will join us for a relaxing evening in the bar lounge. Guests who wish to attend Midnight services may do so at Churches in Keswick, and enjoy a warming nightcap in the bar lounge upon your return.
Christmas Day
Happy Christmas! Join us for a leisurely Lakeland breakfast, after which there'll be plenty of time to open presents! Our Head Chef and his team will be serving a sumptuous Christmas Day Luncheon this afternoon for those who will be dining with us, followed by coffee and mince pies in the lounge. After lunch, enjoy the rest of your day at leisure - perhaps take a stroll around the beautiful Lake Derwentwater or simply relax in the bar lounge and watch the Queens Speech. In the evening, take time to explore the old market town of Keswick with its many traditional Lakeland pubs!
Boxing Day
After another hearty Lakeland breakfast, take the opportunity to explore your spectacular surroundings - maybe visit one of the neighbouring villages or take an energetic walk across the surrounding fells. Alternatively, our bar restaurant will be open all day for those who just wish to rest. For those who will be dining with us this evening, make sure you return in time for one last dinner in our restaurant before settling down for a relaxing evening in the lounge.
27th December
For those of you who will be leaving us today, we will say our goodbyes after breakfast. However, if time permits, we invite you to extend your stay with preferential rates for accommodation.

30 December
Arrive in plenty of time to settle into your rooms before joining us in the bar lounge to unwind after your journey. Our restaurant will be open all day for those who wish to dine with us. In the evening, we hope you will join us in the bar lounge to sample our local real ales or enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive selection before retiring for the evening.
New Year's Eve
Awake in the morning and enjoy a traditional Cumbrian breakfast before spending your day at leisure - perhaps take a cruise on nearby Derwentwater or stroll around the speciality shops of Keswick. Make sure you return in plenty of time to get ready for the night ahead! Our restaurant will be open for those who would like to join us for dinner, after which we request your company in the bar lounge to begin this evening celebrations. At Midnight we suggest that you join locals and visitors alike in the market square to welcome in the New Year in traditional Keswickian style, before returning to the bar to continue the celebrations into the small hours.
New Year's Day
Happy New Year! Start the day with a leisurely late breakfast, before setting out to explore the spectacular scenery that surrounds you - maybe take a scenic drive or an energetic walk accross the local fells. Alternatively, our bar restaurant will be open all day for those who just wish to relax! In the evening, our restaurant will be open for guests who would like to dine, after which we hope you will join us for a farewell drink in the bar lounge.
2nd of January
For those of you who will be leaving us today, we will say our goodbyes after another hearty Lakeland breakfast. For those who wish to extend their stay, we are delighted to offer preferential rates for accommodation.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure a booking for a Christmas or New Year package, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking per person. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Additional items such as drinks are payable upon departure from the Hotel.
Package bookings cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total value of the booking per person. Package bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total value of the booking per person.
