The Chef - David Green.Following a three year apprenticeship at the renowned Connaught Hotel in London, David's international career has taken him to Bermuda, Canada and throughout the UK.
Having completed a season at the Sharrow Bay Ullswater, David has returned to the Kings Head Hotel with the aim of regaining the two AA Rosettes he achieved for the hotel in 2001.
In collaboration with Pagendam and Pratt Wine Cellars, and his team of dedicated chefs, David Green is offering a gourmet dining experience of modern British cuisine using the finest Cumbrian produce together with the best the season can offer. Each course is paired perfectly with a wine from Pagendam and Pratt's eclectic cellar.
