Booking Terms & Conditions

To secure a booking for a Christmas or New Year package, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking per person. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Additional items such as drinks are payable upon departure from the Hotel.

Package bookings cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total value of the booking per person. Package bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total value of the booking per person.
