The Lodge in the Vale standard rates for accommodation are per person per night, inclusive of a continental breakfast, service and VAT.

Something special…
For special occasions we can arrange flowers, chocolates and chilled champagne to be waiting in your room upon arrival. Please click here for more details.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Lodge in the Vale. A one-off specialist cleaning charge of £15 will be made for dogs staying in a guest bedroom.

Arrival and departure times
Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. We request that you vacate your room no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure a standard booking, we require a valid credit or debit card number. No charge will be made until departure from the Hotel, unless in the case of cancellation.

Standard bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge of £40 per person, which is redeemable against a future booking. Standard bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total value of the accommodation booking.
